Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose & Acceptance)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of reout (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members regarding the use of the fitness tracking and social motivation service reout (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Standard EULA: This Service adopts and is governed by the Standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"). You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and the Company only, and not with Apple, Inc. All matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Standard EULA.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" refers to reout and all related services available on various wired and wireless devices, including PCs and mobile terminals.
  • "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's Service, concludes a use contract with the Company according to these Terms, and uses the Service.
  • "reout Pro" refers to the subscription-based paid service provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

The Company shall post the contents of these Terms in the settings menu or a separate linked screen so that Members can easily understand them. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws.

Article 4 (Sign-up and Account)

Users may register for the Service through the sign-up form provided by the Company or via social login (e.g., Google, Apple). Members must provide their own information and must not use the Service for fraudulent purposes, such as stealing others' information.

Article 5 (Service Provision and Changes)

The Company provides the following services:

  • Real-time "Nearby" and global workout activity tracking
  • Activity Heatmap for visual consistency tracking
  • Gamified leveling system (Seedling levels) and area-based rankings
  • Workout logging and historical data analysis

The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payments)

The Company may provide paid services such as **reout Pro** subscriptions. When using In-App Purchases, the payment and refund policies of the respective open market provider (Google Play, App Store, etc.) shall apply.

Article 7 (Member's Obligations)

Members shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Registering false information or stealing others' information
  • Attempting to manipulate workout data or rankings through unauthorized means
  • Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  • The Company is exempt from liability for service obstacles caused by force majeure.
  • The Company is not responsible for obstacles caused by reasons attributable to the Member.
  • Safety Disclaimer: The workout tracking and metrics provided by reout are for informational purposes only. Exercise carries inherent risks. Users should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.
