Delete Account

You can request the deletion of your reout account and all associated personal data at any time. Please review the following methods to proceed.

1. Delete via App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the reout app:

1. Open the reout app.
2. Go to the Profile menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Tap on Delete Account and follow the confirmation prompts.

Note: Deletion via the app is instantaneous and permanent.

2. Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Data Retention & Deletion

Once a deletion request is received via email, your account and all personal data (including workout logs, activity heatmaps, levels, and ranking history) will be permanently deleted.

Please note that some anonymized data or record-keeping data may be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations as described in our Privacy Policy.
