reout (“the Company”) establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle related inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, customer consultation, and service application.

• Required: Login ID (Email), Nickname, Profile Image (including information provided via social login)
• Service Usage Data: Workout records (type of exercise, duration, date), activity heatmap data, level/XP progress, ranking information, and area-based activity logs.
• Automatically Collected: Service usage records, access logs, device information (OS version, device model), and AD identifiers.

2. Collection Method

• Collected upon app execution and sign-up
• Automatically generated and collected during service use (via Supabase DB, analytical tools, etc.)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: Providing workout recording, activity heatmap features, and real-time "Nearby" activity counts.
• Member Management: Identification for membership services, handling inquiries, and technical support.
• Service Improvement: Statistical analysis to identify access frequency and improve user experience.

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, users' personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.

• Fraudulent use records: 1 year (to prevent abuse).
• Legal retention: Records related to payments and consumer complaints are kept for 3 to 5 years as required by law.

4. Delegation of Processing

For service improvement, the Company delegates personal information processing as follows:

• Cloud & DB: Supabase
• Payment: RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store
• Analytics: Firebase, AdMob

5. User Rights

Users can view or modify their personal information or request cancellation of membership at any time. Immediate withdrawal and data deletion are available via 'Profile > Delete Account' in the app.
